Qualifications
Erin Cooper Fernandes is a veterinary behaviourist with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and a Master's degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour. She also has a certificate in chronic pain management.
Communication With Your Vet
We will request you to send on a full history from your vet prior to your consultation. After the consult has taken place, your vet will receive a copy of your pets behaviour report and plan which will include recommended diagnostics that should be pursued and recommendations for medications to be trialled. Your vet will also receive an update after any follow-up consultations.
Pets That We Treat
While we primarily treat dogs and cats, we are happy to see many other pets too such as rabbits, ferrets and rodents. If you have a pet you would like us to see, send us an email and we'll let you know if we can see your pet.

Video consultations allow us to see your pet in their comfortable, home environment without stressing your pet. We can see the way they naturally move, get a sense of the environment they're living in and see what management strategies can be put in place.
The Consultation Process
The consult will be completed by videochat over Google Meet. These consults are typically about 1.5 hours but can be shorter or longer. After the consult, a detailed behaviour report and plan will be emailed to you. A plan for diagnostics and medications will be emailed to your vet. A 30 minute follow up consult will be available for €50 if you need additional support. Consults are available Sunday-Thursday. You may be able to claim back the costs of your consultation with your pet insurance company.
Terms & Conditions
Behaviour reports will be issued within 72 hours of your consultation. Payment will be due to secure your appointment as there is a significant portion of time allocated for each consultation. Payment can be taken via Revolut or bank transfer. You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 days in advance with no penalty. Cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% of your fee. Missed appointments are non-refundable.
